US woman pleads guilty to ECRA violations in manufacturing fraud

Florida resident Yuksel Senbol, 36, pleaded guilty to violations of the Export Control Reform Act (“ECRA”), in a scheme where her Orlando-based company obtained Defense Department contracts to manufacture components for aircraft carriers, submarines and tanks in the US, when in fact these were secretly being made by accomplices in Turkey.
