US issues Tri-Seal Note on sanctions compliance obligations of non-US persons

“Foreign-based companies and individuals are advised to take seriously the impacts of U.S. sanctions and export control laws on their business and operations,” the US departments of Justice, Commerce and Treasury have stressed in a Tri-Seal Compliance Note outlining the “obligations of foreign-based persons to comply with U.S. sanctions and export control laws.”
