Following the 12 March amendment to the Export Control Order 20081 and Council Regulation (EC) No 428/2009,2 the UK Export Control Joint Unit (“ECJU”) announced changes to The Export Control (Amendment) Regulations 2024,3 which took effect on 1 April 2024.
