Trade compliance practitioners can expect stable employment in 2021, according to a recent Export Compliance Manager survey of subscribers to ECM and its sister-publication WorldECR. Our survey found that 40% of those responding expected to see an expansion in team numbers, while nearly 90% have no plans to reduce team size – so few layoffs on the horizon.
