South African industrial group Barloworld, the official dealer for Caterpillar Inc. in parts of Russia, said it had completed an internal investigation into potential U.S. export control violations related to its Russian subsidiary (Vostochnaya Technica) and submitted a final voluntary self-disclosure report to the Commerce Department.
