The US Treasury Department has announced sanctions on “ten key Hamas terrorist group members, operatives, and financial facilitators in Gaza and elsewhere including Sudan, Türkiye, Algeria, and Qatar,” as its Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (“FinCEN”) said it was redoubling efforts with Israel to crack down on “the financing of terrorism”.
