Nvidia CEO calls US semiconductor export controls “a failure”

Nvidia has over the past four years lost market share to Chinese competitors because of U.S. export restrictions on semiconductors, the company’s CEO Jensen Huang said at an industry conference in Taiwan. “I think all along the export control was a failure,” The Wall Street Journal reported Huang saying.
