What led you to export controls?
I was at a crossroads in my career, looking for new challenges (I’d spent ten years in invoicing/export documentation), when a colleague contacted me with a suggestion I apply for a position in the trade compliance team she was working in. This was a ground-breaking moment for me, really – something that connected the dots from my previous experience in an amazing way and gave me an opportunity to learn and grow. And I have never regretted that decision!
