Russia compliance reminder
On 18 March, the US added to the restrictions on exports and reexports to Russia under the Chemical and Biological Weapons Control and Warfare Elimination Act of 1991. The new restrictions made exports, reexports and temporary imports of items on the USML subject to a policy of denial.
