The former owner and CEO of Tungsten Heavy Powder & Parts (“THPP”), Joe Sery, pled guilty to conspiring to commit offenses against the United States, including the unlawful export of defense articles to China, India, and elsewhere, without first obtaining a valid license or approval from the US Department of State.
