DDTC amends capacitor export controls

On 21 November, the Department for Defense Trade Controls (“DDTC”) temporarily suspended “the applicability of § 120.11(c) of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) for certain capacitors described in U.S. Munitions List (USML) Category XI(c)(5),2 for six months.”
