BIS calls out company that intentionally undervalued controlled exports

The Bureau of Industry and Security (“BIS”) has agreed an administrative settlement of $540,000 with a company that created invoices which undervalued its exports of telecomm­unications networking equipment controlled for national security and anti-terrorism reasons that were destined for Russia.
