OFAC has announced sanctions against five individuals and one entity linked to the Intellexa Consortium, a commercial spyware network whose products, it said, have been used to threaten US national security.
The sanctions target key figures and companies involved in developing, operating and distributing the consortium’s spyware, particularly its flagship product, Predator.
