Taiwan encourages start-ups to choose Japan over China for growth

Taiwan is nudging its small and burgeoning companies to focus on Japan rather than mainland China, in a fresh sign of global supply-chain decoupling amid Sino-US and regional tensions, Hong Kong’s South China Morning Post reports.
