Torrey Pines settles with DDTC

DDTC says it has concluded an administrative agreement with  San Diego-based “advanced optical and software solutions” company, Torrey Pines Logic (“TPL”) for alleged violations of the Arms Export Control Act and the ITAR which, according to the charging letter, involve “unauthorized exports of USML Category XII defense articles”.
