NZ’s new export control regime

New Zealand has launched a revised export controls regime, designed to “provide greater clarity and enhance the Export Controls regime’s fitness for purpose in a more complex future.” From 16 May 2023, applications for a permit to export-controlled goods will be assessed against six assessment criteria.
