BIS agrees administrative settlement of $439,000 with Texas company, First Call

The US Bureau of Industry and Security (“BIS”) has entered into a settlement agreement with Texas-based First Call International Inc., a provider of engineering services and manufacturing to the aerospace and defense industries.
